The Eastbourne Cycling Festival 2012
This Cyclosportive is part of the Eastbourne Cycling Festival, a weekend of cycling events based on the seafront of this famous seaside holiday destination.

- Fast Signing on in the morning at the Devonshire Park Tennis Centre.
- Choice of 3 routes, riders can change route they do on the day if they like.
- All routes start and finish on the seafront by the Eastbourne Cycling Festival Village.
- All routes comprehensively marked with arrows
- Map and emergency number available to riders when signing on.
- Four Feed Stations for the Classic Route 71 miles
- All feed stations have toilets
- All feed stations have SIS energy drink for riders
- A selection of fruit and savoury foods available at all feed Stations
- Mechanics available on route
- All riders are electronically timed and Gold, Silver, or Bronze standards are awarded.
- All riders are awarded certificates for their rides
- Goody bags available after the ride.

Plus all the added exctiment of all the other cycling related things going on at the festival.
Throughout the weekend there will be Road Racing, Time Trials, family rides and other great social events to entertain and take part in.
The Cyclosportive HQ is based at Devonshire Park Tennis Club which is where the AEGON internattional Tennis event is held each year. Devonshire Park Tennis Club offers all entrants excellent facilities to sign on and prepare for the cyclosportive. Ample changing rooms and showers are available for participants of the cyclosportive, which will be particularly useful to freshen up and enjoy the other things going on at Eastboune's Cycling Festival.

The sportive event starts just in front of the Grand Hotel off the Western Lawns where the Cycling Festival is based, Numerous cycling retailers and other sports related organisations will be exhibiting on the Western Lawns on the seafront throughout the weekend.
